CaseloadPRO is our cost effective Probation Case Management system. CaseloadPRO allows a department to efficiently manage their caseloads, manage revenue recovery, store case information, create appointments, create letters/documents/reports, and much more.
CaseLinkPRO is our automated phone check-in system that can be used with or without CaseloadPRO. The phone check-in system allows offenders to report regularly (Weekly, Monthly) via the phone. Offenders can update contact information, and answer any questions set by the probation department. CaseLinkPRO is a great tool for your mail-in defendants or low-risk offenders.
